The Customer Success Manager, Digital, EMEA at Vercel plays a pivotal role in managing all post-sales activities for scaled customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and wider adoption. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple time zones. The role involves managing touchpoints with customers that require product knowledge, planning, project management, and the ability to quickly build rapport. The manager will maintain a deep understanding of the product and make recommendations on how customers can leverage it to accelerate their business objectives. The role also involves proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks, analyzing customer data, and executing proactive customer campaigns. Successful candidates will have experience with front-end web development libraries and frameworks like React, Node, and Next.js, and at least one year of customer-facing experience in a high-growth SaaS environment. Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work asynchronously.
