The Senior Staff Technical Product Manager at GE Aerospace will be responsible for overseeing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across European component and assembly shops. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, shop teams, and implementation squads to ensure effective integration, system upgrades, patching, and alignment with EVM and CMMC requirements. The individual will manage technical product ownership, drive product vitality through customer and stakeholder feedback, and lead the MES lifecycle from deployment to support. Responsibilities include coordinating operational activities like disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, as well as supporting CMDB and ServiceNow ownership. The role demands deep domain knowledge in manufacturing and smart factory systems, familiarity with Agile environments, software design principles, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams through strong communication and strategic thinking. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience is required.
