The Lead TE Sustainment Engineer will be responsible for delivering Test Equipment (TE) into the production environment, ensuring all associated documentation and spares are managed appropriately, while also leading the development and implementation of an obsolescence strategy for TE. This role involves transitioning TE and documentation from Engineering to the Supply Chain, addressing reliability and yield concerns, providing technical support to NPI and Sustainment teams, mentoring junior engineers, participating in technical reviews, and adhering to quality management systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, strong debugging and fault-finding skills, hardware/software integration experience, and basic project management capabilities. Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring others are essential. Familiarity with regulated quality environments, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and the ability to lead process development are desirable.
