The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and shaping the system analysis and project delivery capabilities, managing high-performing analyst and project delivery teams, and ensuring the development and application of best-practice processes. The role requires strong leadership experience within IT services, exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of governance, performance and risk management, and be capable of producing clear reports and documentation for senior stakeholders.
