The AEH (Airborne Electronic Hardware) Certification Engineer at GE Aerospace will lead hardware certification efforts for aviation systems, focusing on certification planning and ensuring regulatory compliance for civil and military projects. The role involves defining product certification strategies, planning compliance, reviewing development artifacts, conducting audits (internal and with suppliers), and supporting regulatory authority evaluations. The engineer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to training modules, and participate in industry working groups. Candidates should have experience with ASIC, FPGA, and CPLD technologies, and be familiar with compliance standards such as Advisory Circular 20-152 and RTCA/DO-254.
