As a leading infrastructure company in the Web3 space, MoonPay aims to onboard the world to Web3, providing digital ownership solutions. The role involves managing and supporting high-performing engineering teams, guiding their growth and development through continuous feedback, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams in rapidly scaling startups, particularly those with senior engineers, and be comfortable working with modern web technologies like Typescript, Node.js, React, Google Cloud Platform, and NextJS. MoonPay values strong communicators who can work cross-functionally and foster a collaborative environment, promoting a culture of constant learning and improvement. The Senior Engineering Manager will work closely with the VP of Engineering and Group Product Manager to build high-performing teams and implement best practices. This position is available remotely for candidates in the UK, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Portugal, or Romania, with relocation and visa sponsorship available for the UK.
