The Francis Crick Institute is hiring a full-time, permanent Workday Enterprise Systems Manager to lead the technical development, integration, and enhancement of its Workday platform in London. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems Change, this role is crucial in ensuring that Workday delivers strong ROI and aligns with IT strategic goals. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of implementation and optimisation across modules like HCM, Core HR, Financials, Absence, and Security, working closely with People, Finance, and IT Operations teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing agile sprint delivery, managing system integrations, developing custom applications and PoCs, maintaining system health, and resolving escalated issues. The role requires hands-on experience in Workday configuration and development, particularly in EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and the Workday Security Model. Experience in change delivery, API integration (REST/SOAP), large-scale data uploads, and knowledge of agile or iterative methodologies are also essential.
