Candidates should have an HND or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering, be able to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings, and have experience developing algorithms and using specialized hardware for real-time image processing. Experience with Cognex Vpro, Insight, Keyence, defect detection, advanced metrology, automation machinery design, AI/ML techniques for vision systems, and knowledge of British and international standards for industrial automation is required. The role also demands willingness to travel nationally and internationally, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize work within tight schedules.
