The Verification Lead at IC Resources is responsible for leading the verification efforts for next-generation WiFi SoC ASIC designs, taking full ownership of the verification strategy, defining methodologies, and ensuring first-time success of complex ASIC products. This role involves developing and implementing UVM-based testbenches and SystemVerilog verification environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional design and architecture teams, mentoring and guiding junior verification engineers, and continuously improving verification processes, methodologies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ASIC verification, preferably with experience in complex SoC designs, and strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology. WiFi or wireless SoC experience is highly desirable. In addition to technical expertise, the Verification Lead must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, providing guidance to the team and influencing project outcomes. The role also includes monitoring industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies, optimizing verification workflows, and contributing to the strategic direction of the verification function within the company. This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Bristol Area, UK, offering a competitive salary of £90,000–£100,000, RSUs, annual bonus, and visa sponsorship with relocation support for candidates outside the UK, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced verification professionals seeking to lead critical projects in a dynamic, global technology organization.
