Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, status reporting, change management, risk mitigation, and leading engineers to ensure timely design completion, validation, and rollout of Powertrain components. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, analytical skills, stakeholder handling capability, and a structured approach to execution. Desirable skills include knowledge of powertrain systems, commercial project delivery, Agile or PRINCE2 certifications, and experience with tools like JIRA or MS Project.
