Candidates should have proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, analytical and communication skills, and a relevant engineering degree. A background in automotive powertrain systems, whether internal combustion or electrified propulsion, is desirable. Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is beneficial.
