Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join their global technology team in Cambridge, UK, on a hybrid working model. This permanent role offers a salary range of £50,000–£58,000 and provides the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the UK, Australia, Manila, India, Africa, Europe, and the US, contributing to the delivery of ambitious digital solutions for learning on expanding global platforms. The Technical Delivery Manager will lead the successful delivery of platform software projects, managing requirements, priorities, dependencies, and release schedules, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring measurable value for end users. Candidates should have proven experience in project delivery, preferably with technical projects or within software development, software testing, education, or publishing. They must be confident in leading meetings with globally distributed teams, supporting Agile/Scrum practices as a Scrum Master, and guiding teams with a proactive, problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail, able to manage complex projects, negotiate priorities, and provide clear direction to teams while fostering collaboration, innovation, and shared responsibility.
