Pocket Intelligence is seeking a proactive and versatile Technical Business Analyst & Account Manager to join their growing hospitality tech business in Bristol. The role involves managing internal IT systems, workflows, and technical processes to ensure business continuity, providing both frontline and advanced technical support to clients, and contributing to in-house system development and automation using tools such as Cursor AI. In addition, the position requires handling client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. The candidate will also collect and analyze operational and client data to improve service delivery and decision-making, support system rollouts, client onboarding, feature updates, and technical integrations, propose and implement process improvements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client service. Essential technical skills include HTML, JavaScript, NodeJS, Angular, .NET, SQL databases, and experience with IT systems and automation tools. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and multitasking abilities are required, along with a proactive and adaptable mindset. The role is full-time, permanent, with a hybrid work arrangement (three days in-office, two days remote), a salary of £25,000–£35,000 plus performance bonuses, additional benefits including gym membership, parking, flexible work options, and UK visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
