The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is offering a unique Student Placement Programme in Cyber Security and IT Project Coordination at their state-of-the-art AMR Technology Campus in Silverstone, Northamptonshire. This 12-month placement is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of Formula One®, allowing them to contribute directly to live IT and project delivery initiatives while following a structured development plan with regular feedback. Placement students will work alongside collaborative and inclusive teams, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies, tools, and processes that support the efficiency, security, and performance of a Formula One® team. In Cyber Security, students will assist in implementing security policies, conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response, and managing enterprise security tools across platforms including Windows, Linux, mobile, Azure, and M365. In IT Project Coordination, students will support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of IT projects, handling documentation, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking to ensure successful project delivery. Candidates should be studying relevant degrees such as Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or Project Management, and be proactive, organised, and ready to take ownership of key tasks.
