Palo Alto Networks is scaling its business strategy organization and looking for its next senior leader. The Strategy Lead, EMEA GTM will directly and visibly contribute to the company’s overall strategy and success in the EMEA region and globally. The role involves working as part of a case team and collaborating directly with senior leaders in the organization to solve complex business strategy problems. Responsibilities include structuring and breaking down complex business problems, developing hypotheses, driving analysis, and delivering high-quality recommendations and deliverables for executive-level consumption. The individual will work cross-functionally to gather information, pressure-test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution, and unlock value. The role also involves supporting strategy/business planning processes, developing strategic capabilities across the organization, and driving change. A key aspect of the role is providing coaching and mentoring to team members and taking a personal interest in their growth. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of relevant work experience post-MBA, with a strong background in management consulting, private equity, or top-tier tech strategy roles. An MBA from a top-tier B-school is required, along with experience in managing projects and large-scale transformations. Expertise in the enterprise technology industry is strongly preferred, and experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
