Based in Cambridge, this is a superb opportunity for a Staff RF IC Design Engineer to join a world-class mmWave IC design team working on cutting-edge 6G RF products. In this permanent role, you will take full responsibility for the specification, design, implementation, and verification of complex analog and RF circuit blocks or subsystems, including filters, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, or mixers. The focus is on delivering high-performance, first-pass silicon in advanced CMOS technologies (16nm or below). You will be expected to bring strong analytical capabilities, a solid track record of successful RF circuit design, and deep expertise in modern transceiver architectures. Proficiency in Cadence Analog Design tools and a good understanding of RF IC layout optimisation are required. Candidates should hold a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of industry experience in RF IC design. Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative team ethic are essential.
