As a Staff Software Engineer (TypeScript), you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and user experience. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to create impactful solutions, champion code quality, mentor other developers, and lead full-lifecycle software development. The role spans teams such as Le Chat (web/desktop), Mistral Code integration, and more. You should be proficient in TypeScript, Node.js, front-end frameworks like React or Next.js, and libraries such as tRPC and React Query. Experience with Electron or Tauri is a plus for desktop work. This is a hybrid role open in France, UK, Germany, and Spain, with monthly travel to offices covered by the company.
