Tracer is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute to both frontend and backend systems for their HPC observability platform. The role involves building full-stack applications using Next.js and TypeScript, developing backend services in Rust, integrating with Clickhouse and internal APIs, creating real-time dashboards and data visualisations, and deploying and scaling applications on Vercel and AWS. The engineer will collaborate with product, design, and engineering leads, contribute to early engineering standards, and take ownership of tasks in a fast-moving startup environment. Candidates should have 1–2 years of software engineering experience, strong proficiency with TypeScript/React/Next.js, hands-on Rust experience, and familiarity with cloud deployment. Bonus skills include Clickhouse experience, scientific computing interest, and startup experience. UK visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.
