As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10 engineers to deliver high-impact business objectives in a fast-paced environment, blending people management, technical leadership, and project management. You will own outcomes, set high standards, remove blockers, enable rapid high-quality releases, and ensure alignment with company goals. The role requires in-depth knowledge of ML training and inference infrastructures, spanning data-center cluster orchestration to on-chip firmware, and the ability to translate requirements across software, hardware, and firmware layers. Responsibilities include architecting and monitoring large-scale ML systems, optimizing low-latency inference and memory hierarchies, profiling compute pipelines, and ensuring robust accelerator operations.
