The engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and robust backend features that integrate efficiently with frontend systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers and frontend engineers. Responsibilities include tackling complex technical challenges, delivering high-quality software solutions, and staying up-to-date with the latest backend development and AI technologies to drive innovation. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Python and related web frameworks like FastAPI or Django, solid knowledge of distributed systems, databases, caching, and messaging systems, as well as strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, autonomous mindset. Experience with frontend development and infrastructure management tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus.
