In return, we offer a competitive package with 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical and Permanent Health Insurance, discretionary annual bonus, group personal pension scheme, life assurance up to 4x annual salary, green travel schemes, and a hybrid working model expecting colleagues to spend 40–60% of their time at their office with flexibility for adjustments. At Cambridge University Press & Assessment, we foster a dynamic, respectful, and international community where every voice is valued, well-being is prioritised, and individuals are supported in both professional and personal growth. Joining us is your opportunity to pursue potential, belong to a collaborative team that is exploring new ways to serve students, teachers, and researchers worldwide, and grow in an environment that embraces difference, change, and aspiration. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities, actively seeking diverse perspectives and inclusive participation, and we remain committed to being a safe, supportive, and continuously improving workplace where everyone can thrive.
