Techmunity is hiring Senior Full-Stack Engineers for early-stage, VC-backed startups based in London/Europe (hybrid or remote) with salaries ranging from £90,000 to £150,000 plus meaningful equity. These roles involve building and shipping AI-powered features and systems in small, senior teams with live customers, working closely with technical founders and investors. Engineers will work on LLM features in production (RAG, evals, document workflows, agent-style automation), API-first platforms, and data-heavy systems that power AI products, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery including architecture, building, deployment, and iteration with users. The typical stack includes Python and/or Node.js (TypeScript), React, LLM APIs, vector stores, structured and unstructured data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, and Terraform. Candidates should have 5+ years of engineering experience, strong full-stack and backend skills, evidence of building AI-powered features, high ownership, and an early-stage mindset.
