Mistral AI is seeking experienced backend software engineers to join their Deployment team and contribute to deploying and integrating state-of-the-art AI models and APIs across a variety of infrastructure configurations, including public clouds, private clouds, and on-premise environments. The role involves managing new model releases, enhancing infrastructure for packaging and deployment, ensuring AI safety in third-party platforms, maintaining observability and high availability of services, and optimizing resource usage, particularly the efficient use of chips serving their models. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, strong Python development skills, and expertise in infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with deploying LLMs across different environments is highly valued. The role is hybrid, requiring monthly visits to offices in Paris, London, or other listed cities, with onboarding in Paris.
