Flux Computing is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Product Manager to join their Commercial team in London and play a founding role in shaping the future of optical processors for large AI models. As the founding Product Manager, you will own the product requirements for Flux’s OTPUs and take end-to-end responsibility for product strategy in the fast-evolving domain of AI inference and training, driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions to meet real customer workloads. The role involves defining and executing product strategy and roadmap, conducting market research to understand competitor solutions and customer pain points, collaborating closely with optics, electronics, and software teams to translate requirements into engineering deliverables, and defining measurable success metrics that align hardware and software simulations with customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3+ years of product management experience in deep tech or AI/HPC infrastructure, 2+ years of engineering experience, strong technical fluency in AI/ML frameworks and hardware acceleration, and a proven track record of managing product roadmaps from ideation to launch in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage meaningfully with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
