The Senior Product Engineer at Techmunity will work on building and scaling an AI-native orchestration platform that powers hyper-personalised digital experiences across multiple channels, involving both frontend and backend responsibilities. The role includes designing and optimising distributed backend systems, developing production LLM pipelines with embedding retrieval and content generation, engineering privacy-first behavioural analytics at scale, and shaping frontend architecture for real-time adaptive user experiences. Candidates will collaborate directly with founders and engineers, own key product areas from design to technical strategy, and deliver complex systems at scale. Required skills include expertise in React, NextJS, TypeScript, Golang, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, BigQuery, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Vercel. This high-impact position requires problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, architectural decision-making, and a focus on shipping products that reach millions of users.
