The Senior Product Engineer at GetGround will work in cross-functional product teams, taking ideas from concept to deployment and building user-facing AI-native products across the full stack using React/TypeScript frontend and Golang backend, collaborating closely with product and design teams to ship high-quality features quickly. The role involves writing clear, maintainable code for humans and AI models, helping define engineering practices in an AI-first development culture, and mentoring other engineers as the team scales. Candidates should have a product mindset with commercial focus, fullstack engineering experience on consumer-facing products, curiosity, experimentation mindset, and proficiency in AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
