OLIX is seeking a Senior Process Integration Engineer to design, implement, and scale bespoke fabrication flows for advanced MEMS and micro-optical devices, bridging R&D concepts with manufacturable hardware. The role involves hands-on work in the cleanroom, developing and refining lithography, deposition, etch, bonding, and other process steps, rapid prototyping from CAD to measured die, and maturing experimental flows into repeatable, pilot-ready processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external fabs, R&D partners, and equipment vendors to qualify new tools, materials, and process sequences while driving data-driven optimisation using DOE/SPC techniques, performing simulation and characterization (FEM, profilometry, interferometry, L-I-V, spectral testing), and maintaining detailed process documentation to ensure yield, reliability, and structured design feedback across advanced AI hardware development.
