OLIX is hiring a Senior Process Integration Engineer to design, develop, and scale bespoke fabrication flows for advanced MEMS and micro-optical devices, bridging R&D concepts with manufacturable hardware. The role involves hands-on cleanroom work across lithography, etch, deposition, and wafer bonding, rapid prototyping from CAD to measured die, and maturing experimental processes into repeatable, pilot-ready flows. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external fabs, universities, and equipment vendors to qualify new tools, materials, and process steps while providing strategic oversight to ensure process discipline, yield learning, and structured design feedback. The position requires strong process integration expertise, data-driven optimisation using DOE/SPC, detailed documentation and FMEA reviews, and experience transferring R&D processes into pilot or production environments for next-generation micro-optical and MEMS hardware.
