Concrete4Change (C4C) is a pioneering climate-tech company developing breakthrough technology to capture and permanently mineralise CO₂ in concrete. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in scaling up the company’s patented carbon capture process from laboratory to commercial demonstration. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead process modelling, plant design, pilot operation, and scale-up engineering while coordinating with EPCs, subcontractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include developing process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, techno-economic evaluations, and supporting the commissioning and optimisation of C4C’s pilot plant. The role demands strong project management, leadership, and collaboration skills to integrate chemical, mechanical, and control systems effectively. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in process design, scale-up, or mineral processing, and be skilled in tools such as Python, Aspen, or Excel. This is a hands-on position offering full exposure to a scale-up journey from pilot to full commercialisation, working with world-class partners and technology leaders.
