As Senior/Principal Test and Characterization Engineer, you will join our talented and ambitious GaN R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce GaN devices. This is your new job: Lead electrical verification strategy, encompassing front-end, back-end and lab testing ,Own test and characterization concepts and implementation. Solve issues and propose new solutions for test and characterization setups. Collaborate closely with device, product and application engineers to develop test solutions that benefit product development, quality and customer requirements, Consider all product aspects from design-to-manufacturing to effective cost structure
