Astroscale UK is seeking a Senior or Principal Product Assurance Manager to lead and deliver Product and Quality Assurance activities across one or more flagship space missions, supporting hardware, software, and ground segment systems. The role involves working closely with engineering and project teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with product assurance requirements, quality standards, and high-reliability system expectations. Responsibilities include leading PA/QA activities, reviewing materials, parts, and processes, generating assurance documentation, supporting audits, witnessing manufacturing and testing activities, maintaining quality records, contributing to the company Quality Management System (QMS), supporting business development proposals, mentoring junior PA managers, and acting as Project PA lead. This role requires strong experience in space or aerospace product assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage assurance activities across complex, safety-critical engineering projects in a fast-growing and innovative space technology environment.
