The Senior PDK Engineer will join a world-class chip development team designing high-performance ASICs, acting as the main key contact for PDK in the UK silicon team while collaborating closely with the US PDK team. Responsibilities include developing and integrating technology files, models, and decks (DRC, LVS), supporting tapeout with design and layout teams, mentoring and training junior PDK engineers, and contributing to the growth of the PDK group. Candidates should have a University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, strong experience in CAD and analog/mixed-signal IC design, hands-on experience with PDK development, installation, customization, and validation, along with excellent communication skills and teamwork.
