Provide specialist IT network engineering services, act as deputy for the Network Manager, and offer expert guidance to network engineers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing complex IT network issues and ensuring adherence to technical strategies and policies. Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer supporting the Plymouth Health Community network infrastructure. Day-to-day duties include progressing planned project work and troubleshooting user-submitted Helpdesk tickets. The successful candidate will need strong communication skills and may occasionally represent the Trust in face-to-face and virtual meetings with suppliers and stakeholders on network infrastructure topics. This role involves collaborating with the Advanced Network Infrastructure Engineer to assist in implementing planned work and configurations on the Trust’s infrastructure.
