IC Resources is seeking a Senior Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join one of the UK’s most exciting semiconductor start-ups based in London, offering a competitive salary, company share options, visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, and the flexibility of 50% hybrid working within the UK. This is a key early-days hire in a small, dynamic team where the successful candidate will work closely with the CTO and chartered IC Designers on the full IC design flow, including concept development, architecture, specification, integration, tapeout, and post-silicon testing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Microelectronics or a related field, 3–10 years of industry experience, solid analog IC design skills, and some exposure to mixed-signal IC design, including working on digital blocks in Verilog. A proven track record of successfully designing and delivering multiple circuits within an industrial setting is essential, and prior experience working in a start-up environment is highly desirable.
