Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Marine Engineer to join an established engineering organization working on major projects across carbon capture, offshore energy, hydrogen, renewables, and onshore developments. The role involves leading the offshore marine systems design team, planning team activities, reviewing and approving technical documentation, defining optimal technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, and coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams throughout all project phases. The engineer will ensure compliance with marine and pipeline design standards and HSEQ policies, interpret naval architecture and structural interfaces, and manage deliverables from contractors and shipyards. Candidates must be degree-qualified with strong experience in FEED and detailed design of marine systems, especially in floating or facility-based projects such as FPSOs or LNG installations. A solid understanding of cargo loading and offtake systems is essential, and experience in offshore, hydrogen, and renewable projects is highly advantageous. The role offers hybrid working with approximately 60% remote flexibility, visa sponsorship for candidates in the UK or Europe, and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact global energy transition initiatives.
