In this role, you’ll oversee technical and delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams that include product managers, designers, data scientists, and subject matter experts. The position requires a strong background in software engineering, leadership, and delivery management, focusing on creating an inclusive and high-performing environment. You’ll be responsible for developing and supporting engineering managers, maintaining technical excellence, driving impactful delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. The role includes a base salary of £130,000–£160,000 with equity and benefits, along with visa sponsorship and relocation support to the UK.
