This full-time, three-year fixed-term Senior Laboratory Research Scientist position in the Boulton lab centers on investigating the alternative lengthening of telomeres (ALT) mechanism present in certain cancers. The role involves target validation, developing cellular assays, optimizing chemical tools, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of scientists and industry experts to translate basic research into potential therapies. Candidates ideally have a PhD in cell or molecular biology, experience with mammalian cell culture, and telomere biology knowledge.
