We are recruiting for a Senior IC Layout Engineer to join an exciting semiconductor company based in Hammersmith, London, where you will take full ownership of all layout activities within a small but expanding chip design team that is developing groundbreaking technology for the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical implementation of mixed-signal ICs and will create high-quality custom analog and mixed-signal block-level layouts such as amplifiers, ADC/DACs, references, and digital IOs for high-performance systems. As a Senior IC Layout Engineer, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the physical architecture of next-generation ASICs while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. The role requires a technical degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience in IC layout, ownership of several full-chip designs through tape-out, expert skills with the Cadence toolsuite, a strong understanding of DRC/LVS and low-power layout methods, and the ability to work at least two days a week from the London office. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
