Viridien is seeking a Senior HPC Engineer to join their global HPC and Digital Platform team, combining advanced Linux system administration with leadership responsibilities. The role involves acting as the final escalation point for complex Linux issues, leading deployment of new technologies and compute platforms, managing end-to-end technical projects, optimizing system performance and availability, collaborating with global sites, mentoring peers, and representing the team to management. Candidates will use tools like Ansible, Puppet, GitLab, Terraform, Docker, and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Perl, while participating in 24x7 on-call support, CCRBs, and continuous service improvements.
