This role involves designing high-speed digital and mixed-signal systems, focusing on interfaces such as 56GBd PAM4 transceivers, signal integrity management, power supply design, and RF signal design up to 70GHz bandwidth. The responsibilities include developing DAC/ADC peripherals using QSPI, DSPI, and SPI interfaces, leading FPGA hardware design on Intel (Altera) Cyclone V/Agilex 7 platforms, and working with memory interfaces and clocking architecture. Additionally, the engineer will design and layout schematics and PCBs using Mentor Graphics PADs Professional, implement thermal management solutions, and optimize phase lock loops and oscillators for stable system performance. The role also requires expertise in debugging, testing, and scripting (Python or C#) for test kit control, along with strong collaboration and communication skills to contribute effectively to the team’s mission of revolutionizing AI systems while reducing energy consumption and ensuring sustainability.
