Astroscale is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for mission-critical space systems within its Ground Segment Software team. In this role, you will contribute to pioneering space sustainability missions such as ELSA-M by building scalable backend services, architecting modern and responsive frontend applications, designing and optimizing SQL databases, and developing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. You will also create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot complex full-stack issues, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and participate in Agile/SCRUM workflows. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-stack development experience, strong proficiency in Java/Python/C++, React, Git, cloud platforms, and mission-critical systems in space, defence, aviation, or similar domains.
