The Senior Full Stack Engineer at GetGround will work in cross-functional product teams, taking ideas from concept to deployment and building user-facing AI-native products across the full stack using React/TypeScript frontend and Golang backend. The role involves collaborating closely with product and design teams to ship high-quality features rapidly, writing maintainable code for both humans and AI models, helping define engineering practices in an AI-first development culture, and mentoring other engineers as the team scales. Candidates should have a product mindset with commercial focus, fullstack engineering experience on consumer-facing products, curiosity, experimentation mindset, and proficiency in AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
