The Senior Analytics Engineer at GetGround will work in cross-functional product teams, taking data initiatives from concept to deployment and building analytics infrastructure across the full stack using SQL, dbt, and cloud-based warehouses like BigQuery, while collaborating closely with product, design, and growth teams to ship high-quality analytics fast. The role includes owning and evolving dbt warehouse layers, building a trusted Count Metrics Catalog, supporting Mixpanel instrumentation, generating cross-business insights, and enabling self-serve analytics across the organization. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering experience, fluency in SQL, git, dbt, CI pipelines, and event-level analytics, as well as a collaborative mindset to mentor others and drive best practices.
