Join Jelly as a Senior Engineer in London (hybrid) and help build the core software platform powering hundreds of independent restaurants by automating operational workflows and reducing manual processes across the industry. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain production-grade full-stack applications using TypeScript across both frontend and backend, apply strong software design patterns, manage relational database schemas and complex queries, and deploy and operate scalable cloud-based systems while contributing to advanced tooling that may include AI and computer-vision-driven automation for restaurant operations. Working closely with a small, fast-paced, product-focused team, you will take ownership of key system components, rapidly turn real-world operational problems into reliable software solutions, improve performance and maintainability, and help shape the technical direction of the product through collaboration with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams.
