IC Resources is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior 3D Computer Vision Engineer to join a fast-growing, VC-backed AI-first scale-up in London. This company is a leader in 3D vision and AI innovation, creating advanced platforms that automate complex physical processes for critical industries. The role is hands-on and end-to-end, involving development and deployment of production-grade 3D AI and vision systems using point clouds, LiDAR, and other spatial data. The engineer will lead core modules in the 3D AI pipeline, collaborate with data operations teams to maintain robust data pipelines, translate cutting-edge research into scalable systems, and mentor junior engineers and data scientists. Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience in 3D Computer Vision, Computational Geometry, or Machine Vision, a strong Python skill set, hands-on experience with 3D data and libraries, and an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Familiarity with start-up environments, ML/DL frameworks for 3D data, RDBMS like PostgreSQL, cloud deployment (AWS), and digital twin/BIM tools is a plus. This hybrid role offers 2 days per week in a modern London office (Zone 1), visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates, and a collaborative, innovative environment for engineers passionate about turning research into impactful real-world technology.
