Technology Resourcing is seeking a Senior Embedded Android Software Engineer to join a world-class engineering team developing next-generation embedded Android solutions in a hybrid role based in Oxford. The position involves designing and developing stable Android applications for embedded devices, enhancing an advanced existing codebase, implementing UI components, integrating APIs, and collaborating closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Test Engineers within an agile environment featuring daily stand-ups and sprint cycles. Candidates must have strong Java skills for Android, proven expertise in embedded Android development, UI design proficiency, and the ability to create detailed requirement and design documentation, while experience with AOSP, kiosk mode, safety-critical systems, Appium, bootloaders, TDD, and cloud or IoT technologies is highly desirable.
