We’re looking for a creative, entrepreneurial and impact-focused Senior Director of Engineering to help us build one of the best, and most innovative digital banks in the world.As a Senior Director, you’ll start by leading an organisation of ~50 Engineers and Engineering Leaders, which will continue to grow over the next 18 months. You’ll be leading our core consumer app at Monzo focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and personal banking product growth.We’re aiming to be the app where our customers' financial lives are centered and they can get full transparency, visibility and control over their money. This role is fundamental to achieving this mission and making money work for everyone. You’ll build the foundations for a personalised financial experience, leveraging machine learning to improve our search, discovery, and personalisation features.
