This is a high-paying role with a crypto trading firm known for having one of the most high-performance trading infrastructures in the industry. The firm is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer with expertise in building low-latency, high-throughput systems, and working on performance-critical software measured in nanoseconds. Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of optimizing hardware for performance (CPU/GPU), experience leveraging SIMD and multicore architectures, advanced memory management skills (including understanding smart pointer pitfalls), and low-level networking techniques such as RDMA or DPDK that minimize OS kernel involvement. Prior experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) is heavily preferred, but candidates who have solved similar performance problems outside of HFT may also be considered. The firm offers market-leading compensation (USD 300,000 base + performance bonus), intellectually stimulating work, and a collaborative team environment with zero attrition.
