As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will combine deep technical knowledge with commercial insight to drive customer acquisition, conduct technical trials, interpret performance data, and convert successful results into long-term commercial relationships. The role involves engaging directly with ready-mix producers, precast manufacturers, and cement companies to validate C4C’s technology, lead technical trials, support offtake agreements, contribute to environmental documentation, and represent C4C in client meetings, conferences, and technical forums. This position bridges engineering, sales, and sustainability functions, offering the opportunity to make a measurable industrial impact while working on innovative carbon-negative construction solutions.
