Concrete4Change (C4C) is a pioneering ClimateTech company revolutionising the construction industry by developing breakthrough technology to capture and permanently mineralise CO₂ in concrete, thereby reducing emissions while improving strength and durability. The company is scaling rapidly, having increased its production capacity 100× and now building a pilot plant in Nottingham that operates with real flue gas, generating critical data for a larger commercial system. As a Senior Civil Engineer – Customer Acquisition & Offtake Development, you will play a strategic role bridging engineering, sales, and sustainability, engaging with ready-mix producers, precast manufacturers, and cement companies to validate C4C’s technology, lead technical trials, interpret performance data, and convert successful demonstrations into commercial partnerships and offtake agreements. You will support the Chief Commercial Officer in developing proposals, contribute to certification documentation, and maintain project tracking. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering or Materials Science, at least five years of experience in concrete technology or construction materials, strong communication and commercial skills, and a passion for sustainability.
